质量是企业的生命
    恒裕于2002年通过ISO9001:2000质量体系认证，2005年通过ISO/TS16949:2000质量体系认证。本公司严格执行 JB4187 — 86 《汽车发动机飞轮齿圈技术条件》的部颁标准，以及美国康明斯公司起动齿圈的国际标准，始终坚持“质量是生命，精益再求精”的质量方针。建立了厂长、主管副厂长签定责任书的质量负责制，健全了三级质量保证体系，完善了计量检测手段，坚持每批产品理化检验、金相检验、每件产品长度检验与无损探伤。 5 位高级工程师、 20 位中级技术人员、 30 多位检测人员严把质量关。确保出厂的每只齿圈都符合主机厂的图纸及技术标准要求。
    恒裕的质量管理制度包括原材料进厂检验，现场质量处理、成品检验、废品隔离、质量指标下达、统计分析、用户服务、计量器具检定等。特别是原材料的采购、采用定点、定标准、定质量、定价格的方法，主要来源于大冶、太原、贵阳、本溪、上海五钢等大型钢铁企业生产的 45 号优质碳素结构圆钢。
    This factory will comply with the technical standards of the flywheel ring gears of motor vehicles issued domestically and internationally. ''Superior Quality and Customer first '' shall always be our guiding principle for quality control. The quality of our products will be strictly examined by our senior engineers and technicians. Every ring gear manufactured in this factory will meet the technical requirement demanded by the main engine producer.
The Quality Control System of this factory emphasizes the examination of raw material, performance test of finished products,supervision of processing procedures, customer service, statistical analysis and testing of measuring tools.
     In terms of raw material purchase, we also adopt the method of establishing　stable relationship with the raw material provider and buying at fixed standard, quality and fixed price. The quality carbon steel is purchased from some big steelworks in China.
