       湖南恒裕汽车零部件有限公司地处人杰地灵的湘西地区，毗邻绝无仅有的风景名胜张家界与秀美的凤凰古城，市郊的芷江受降坊是抗日胜利洽降的签字地。工厂位于怀化市中方县湘商文化科技产业园，距高铁站仅10公里，距机场仅20公里，湘黔、焦柳、渝怀三条铁路与209、320国道及沪昆、包茂高速公路交汇于此，交通运输便利。

       湖南恒裕汽车零部件有限公司始建于1958年，原名怀化汽车零部件总厂，2003年由国有企业改制成民营独资企业。现有职工75人，其中高级工程师5人，中级以上工程技术人员30余人。拥有4条具有国际先进水平的飞轮齿圈生产线及全套检测设备，具有年产飞轮齿圈200万件和飞轮总成50万件的生产能力，是我国南方地区的生产汽车发动机飞轮齿圈与飞轮总成专业厂家。公司具备完善的企业管理制度与质量保证体系。

       公司产品分别通过ISO9001:2000与ISO/TS16949:2002质量保证体系认证。产品注册商标为“湘园”牌，是湖南省优质产品，主要汽车客户有广西玉柴、潍柴动力、昆明云内动力、中国重汽济南动力、中国一拖(洛阳柴油机)，其他客户有重庆康明斯、潍柴道依茨、潍柴重机、广西玉柴、一汽解放等工程机械、船用动力、发电机组等厂家配套供货。

      Hunan Hengyu Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is situated in the renowned Xiangxi region, adjacent to the unique scenic spot of Zhangjiajie and the picturesque ancient city of Fenghuang. The Zhijiang Surrender Square on the outskirts of the city is where the signing ceremony for the victory and surrender against Japan took place. The factory is located in the Xiangshang Cultural and Technological Industrial Park in Zhongfang County, Huaihua City, just 10 kilometers from the high-speed railway station and 20 kilometers from the airport. The three railways of Xiang-Qian, Jiao-Liu, and Yu-Huai, as well as National Highways 209 and 320, and the Shanghai-Kunming and Baotou-Maoming Expressways converge here, providing convenient transportation.

      Hunan Hengyu Auto Parts Co., Ltd., originally established in 1958 as Huaihua Auto Parts General Factory, underwent a transformation from a state-owned enterprise to a privately-owned enterprise in 2003. Currently, the company employs 75 staff members, including 5 senior engineers and over 30 intermediate and above engineering and technical personnel. It boasts 4 flywheel ring gear production lines equipped with international advanced technology and a comprehensive suite of testing equipment, with an annual production capacity of 2 million flywheel ring gears and 500,000 flywheel assemblies units. As a professional manufacturer of flywheel ring gears and flywheel assemblies for automobile engines in southern China, the company possesses a robust enterprise management system and quality assurance system.

       Its products have been certified according to ISO9001:2000 and ISO/TS16949:2002 quality assurance systems. The registered trademark of the company is "Xiangyuan," recognized as a high-quality product in Hunan Province. Its major automotive customers include Guangxi Yuchai, Weichai Power, Kunming Yunnei Power, Sinotruk Jinan Power, and YTO Group (Luoyang Diesel Engine).
