湖南恒裕汽车零部件有限公司始建于1958年，原名怀化汽车零部件总厂，2003年由国有企业改制成民营独资企业。现在职工200余人，其中高级工程师5人，中级以上工程技术人员30余人。拥有4条具有国际先进水平的飞轮齿圈生产线及全套检测设备，具有年产飞轮齿圈200万件和飞轮总成50万件的生产能力，是我国南方地区最大的生产汽车发动机飞轮齿圈与飞轮总成专业厂家。公司具备完善的企业管理制度与质量保证体系，公司产品分别通过ISO9001:2000与ISO/TS16949:2002质量保证体系认证。产品注册商标为“湘园” 牌，是湖南省优质产品，主要为重庆康明斯、中国重汽济南动力、中国重汽杭发、潍柴动力、潍柴华丰动力，潍柴道依茨、广西玉柴，云内（昆明、成都）动力，中国一拖、东风汽车公司等数十家主机厂配套，部分产品出口北美、 东欧、日本及东南亚等国家。
